PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION
FOR ALL HUNTS:
  • $300 Deposit to reserve hunt-Deposit is
    Non-refundable
  • $1500 Due by March 15th                       
  • $2000 Due by March 15th for Combo      
    Hunts
  • $1200 Due by August 15th for Combo    
    Hunts
  • Last Payment must be cash only             
If payment arrangements need to be made
please let us know.  
If payments are more than 30 days late we
have the right to fill your spot.
Payments are non-refundable.  
If you cancel your hunt after April 1st you
must find someone to replace you or you
will be liable for the remaining balance. If
we have hunters to fill the spot we will and you
will not be liable for the balance.
It is your job to purchase your tags when the
time comes.  To get information you can call
the IL DNR at 217-782-6431 or you can go
online at www.dnr.state.il.us.  We always try to
give you a courtesy call and let you know when
the avalability dates will be.  If you have any
questions you can always give us a call.  Tags
usually become available in June  July.  There
will not be any refunds due to someone not
applying for their tags.

Due to some problems last year
we had to make new policies
on payments and cancellations.
 We are sorry for any inconvenience and
do not wish to upset anyone.  We just
needed to protect ourselves more this
year.  Thank you for your understanding.

ATTENTION ALL HUNTERS:

We just wanted to let you know that we are filling up fast
for 2008.  If you haven't put your deposits down and are
planning on coming hunting with us this year you should
contact us and put your deposits down right away
before you miss your opportunity.  We will be traveling
to our hunting expos this month.  New hunters will be
booking your spots if we haven't received a deposit.
